No Refunds

SmartMonkey Software Pvt. Ltd. does not offer refunds for any services or products purchased.

Once payment has been processed for any of our services or products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Service Termination

SmartMonkey Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel an ongoing service:

  1. Provide written notice to smartmonkey@svs.io
  2. Include your full name, company name (if applicable), and the specific service to be cancelled
  3. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period

Recurring Payments

For services with recurring payments, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
